Buy Here, Delivered There FAQ's

  • Curbside Dealership Pickup: You pick up your vehicle from a nearby dealership.
  • Delivery: We bring the car directly to your home or workplace after purchase.

  • Your vehicle will be delivered by the end of the next full business day after completing the transaction. We’ll provide a delivery window and call you before our delivery team heads out.

  • Our delivery team operates Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

  • We will deliver your vehicle to the personal address or workplace listed in your account information. The car buyer must be present at the time of delivery. To ensure a secure transaction, please have a valid driver's license ready for verification.

  • Yes, after locating your vehicle at one of our dealerships, a trusted employee from our delivery team will personally drive the vehicle to you.

  • We deliver up to 30 miles from any of our dealership locations. There is no delivery fee if your location is within this range. For deliveries outside this radius, our Internet Sales Associate will discuss any applicable transportation costs with you.

  • Since your purchase is completed online, test drives are not part of the delivery or curbside pickup process. However, if the car isn’t right for you, you can exchange it within 3 days.

  • Absolutely. Your Internet Sales Associate will guide you through the trade-in process.

  • Simply come to the dealership, where one of our in-store Sales Associates will guide you through the process. We’ll confirm the details of your purchase, complete any final documents, answer any questions, and assist with removing personal items from your trade-in.



72-Hour Exchange Policy

At Advantage Car & Credit, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase, especially if it was made remotely. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 72-Hour Exchange Policy. Here’s how it works:

Policy Overview:
  • The 72-Hour Exchange Policy allows you to exchange your vehicle within 72-hours of receiving it. Please note, this policy is exclusively for exchanges; refunds are not offered.
  • You must notify us of your decision to exchange the vehicle by 6:00 PM EST within 72-hours after receiving your vehicle.

Exchange Guidelines:

1. Eligible Exchanges:
  • You may exchange your vehicle once within the 72-hour period.
  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • If the new vehicle is more expensive, you are responsible for any price difference. An additional down payment may be required to maintain your original payment structure. If the new vehicle is less expensive, we will issue a credit to your account. Our goal is to ensure the exchange mirrors the original deal structure as closely as possible.
2. Mileage Limit:
  • You may drive the vehicle up to 100 miles during the 72-hour period.
  • If the vehicle exceeds 100 miles, the exchange will no longer be eligible.
3. Conditions for Exchange:
  • The vehicle must not have been involved in an accident or sustained damage.
  • The vehicle must remain unaltered from the condition in which it was sold.
  • The vehicle must not be subject to any lien or encumbrance other than the lien created in connection with your purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Charges:
Any shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, regardless of the exchange.
If you traded in a vehicle as part of your purchase, it will not be returned as part of the exchange.

Exchange Process:
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us by phone or chat with an Internet Sales Associate within the 72-hour period after receiving your vehicle.
  • We will guide you through the process of selecting a new vehicle and arranging the exchange.
Registration and Lifetime Powertrain Warranty Coverage:
  • If you decide to keep your vehicle, we will proceed with the registration process after the 72-hour period if it hasn’t been completed already.
  • Every vehicle comes with a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, providing you with added peace of mind for as long as you own the vehicle.

Exchanges only qualify for vehicles financed through Capital Auto Credit, LLC.
